SECTION 3 - PAYMENT & ORDER POLICY

Currently, for safety and convenience, we accept major credit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed in USD.

Once an order is placed, it enters our design and production system quickly. Therefore:

• Order modifications or cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours after purchase;
• After 24 hours, orders may already be in production or shipment preparation;
• Personalized/customized products cannot be canceled once production has started.

For customized orders canceled after production preparation has begun, a customization and processing fee of up to 30% of the product price may be deducted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent transactions or reseller activities.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING POLICY

Orders typically require 3-8 business days for processing and production before shipment.

Estimated shipping times:

• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
• Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (where available)

Shipping times are estimates only and are calculated from the shipping date, not the order date.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Tracking information will be sent via email once the order has shipped.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by local authorities.

No restocking fee will be charged for approved returns.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection and approval of the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
